Tucson Premium Outlets

This massive outlet mall, built with the Chasse Building team, catalyzed the K2 Electric Tucson Division. The retail shell combined with the site construction of a new 410,000 sq. ft. outlet mall totaled 46 acres. The scope included bringing in offsite utilities, all on-site electrical, nine white shell buildings divided into over 90 retail suites, and a full build-out of the food court and back-office areas. K2 had 65 electricians on the job. It was K2 Electric’s largest contract until 2021. The team is very proud of this project as it was the first phase of an entire master-planned commercial development to solidify Marana’s growing regional importance, which is still being developed today.
