Growing up in the family business, Jared Kredit spent much of his youth getting to know the industry. After spending most of his breaks from college working for K2, Jared was hired on as an estimator in 2008. Throughout his career at K2, he was heavily involved in accounting and operations before becoming president in 2019.
Jared serves as Board Treasurer at Grace Christian Academy. He is involved in the Arizona Builder’s Alliance (ABA), serving as Young Builder’s Council chairman in 2019 and elected to the Board in 2022 for a three-year term. Since 2010, Jared’s been a member of the Camelback Society, a men’s group actively engaged in the marketplace, seeking to advance high ethical standards in personal and professional life. Recently, Jared and a friend launched a program called Forged to help dad’s build meaningful connections with their sons and lead them into adulthood with a focus on emotional wholeness and virtuous living.
Jared most appreciates the diversity of K2’s team, and the enjoyment they get when accomplishing challenging projects.
Fun Fact: Outside of work, Jared enjoys spending time cooking and trying new restaurants with his wife. He spends many hours at the sports fields watching his children, snowboards, and does CrossFit.

Sean Salveson brings 30 years of electrical contracting experience to K2 Electric, including time as a business owner. He began his career in California, working in a variety of electrical contractor roles before launching his own electrical contracting firm. Salveson was the owner of Golden State Electrical Contractors in Foresthill, Calif. for 11 years before selling the firm to Sebastian. Salveson joined Sebastian for six years as Director of Construction and grew their organization 20% year over year while maintaining strong client relations and community involvement.
Salveson moved to Tucson and served as Vice President for AEC Electric for two years. Salveson has a solid commitment to the communities in which he lives. Since moving to Tucson, he has joined the Independent Electrical Contractors Association as Board Treasurer.

Josh Anderson grew up on the southside of Indianapolis. Born and raised on a steady diet of church, basketball, and time with friends and family. After graduating from Purdue University, Josh worked a couple of years for an electrical contractor as an estimator in Indianapolis. Afterward, he and his wife moved to Washington State where he worked as a project manager for an electrical contractor in Washington State.
Josh currently resides in Maricopa, AZ where he joined K2 Electric. K2 provides a great work atmosphere where he can chase both a great career and a well-balanced family life! His wife, son, and two daughters are very special to him. Jesus and Purdue basketball are his two religions. Josh loves spending time with his family, making great food, and enjoying a great craft beer.

Sarah Wyckoff is a seasoned finance professional with an extensive career spanning close to two decades. Her expertise encompasses various roles, notably as the Assistant Controller for a prominent construction firm, where she played a pivotal role in managing financial operations and ensuring fiscal accountability. As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Sarah brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to the table. This year, Sarah joined CFMA as a 2024 board member, continuing her commitment and investment in the industry.
In Sarah’s free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, watching her kids play sports, working out, being outdoors and going to concerts. Sarah and her husband reside in Tucson where they are raising their two children. If they are not cheering on their children in sports, they are cheering on the Detroit Lions as Sarah is a Michigan native.

Josh Carmichael has been in the construction industry for more than 14 years, starting as a workforce recruiter and gradually working his way up to senior human resources roles in the previous 9 years.
Carmichael has 18 years of professional experience, with 13 of those in leadership roles, including four as the head of human resources. Carmichael has served in those roles for several major national construction firms, including Fluor, Kiewit and Sundt, and also founded his own boutique recruiting firm.
Carmichael is a graduate of Sam Houston State University and outside of work, he loves spending time with his family, all things sports, and hot wings.
