Project Complete | La Posada at Pusch Ridge
K2 Electric is proud to wrap up work on La Posada at Pusch Ridge—an 80-acre independent senior living facility in Oro Valley, built in partnership with @sundtbuilds
Our scope included full electrical work across three multi-story residential towers, dining areas, fitness and craft amenities, pool facilities, and a parking garage. We also installed conduit infrastructure for all special systems—communications, security, and fire alarm—to support the integration of others.

IEC Graduation Spotlight🎓

Partnering with @willmeng_construction on the La-Z-Boy TI project, K2 Electric performs electrical Tenant Improvements to support expanded operations and new facility needs. The scope includes installing new rack lighting, providing dedicated power for forklift chargers, compactors, and balers, and constructing a new office space with complete electrical infrastructure.
Additionally, K2 is supplying power for dock truck locks, fans, and lighting to enhance dock functionality. To accommodate the increased electrical demand, three new electrical panels are being installed as part of the upgrade.
