XNRGY

K2 Electric provided comprehensive electrical services for the XNRGY manufacturing facility, a 324,133-square-foot commercial and industrial project constructed by Mortenson. The project included the installation of a 2,000-amp service entrance section (SES) with full one-line electrical distribution, establishing the primary power infrastructure for the facility. K2 Electric also installed five distribution panels to support electrical distribution throughout the building.

Additional scope included providing power to key operational and building systems such as overhead cranes, industrial blowers, rooftop HVAC units (RTUs), and welders used in manufacturing processes. The project also included a complete office tenant improvement (TI) electrical buildout to support administrative and operational staff areas. Through careful coordination with the general contractor and other trades, K2 Electric delivered reliable electrical infrastructure to support both the facility’s industrial production equipment and its office environments.
