Renewable energy construction projects often require specialized approaches tailored to the type of renewable energy being harnessed. K2 can support system design and determine the optimal arrangement of solar panels to maximize energy capture. We support solar irradiance analysis by measuring the solar energy received at the site to determine its suitability. We oversee the design and engineering, including permits, architectural, structural and electrical drawings as necessary for permitting. We also specialize in the installation of racking, including ballasts, module installation, DC/AC electrical wiring, and all necessary electrical equipment.
