The project includes the construction of two gray shell tilt-up buildings totaling 374,000 sq ft—Building B (159,000 sq ft) and Building C (215,000 sq ft)—for future open logistics use. K2 completed all electrical and fire alarm installations, including two 3,000-amp SESs, a fully equipped fire pump room, a Siemens fire alarm system, and all site and egress lighting.
