K2 Electric brought this ground-up shell and TI to the finish line in March 2021 with Wespac Construction, Inc. This beautiful business center (150,000 sq. ft.) took 14 months to complete. This project is located off the I-17 and Jomax. K2 Electric had a crew of 30 electricians completing this fast-paced project. One unique aspect of this job was the megawatt backup generator system to support the tenant’s mission-critical components. The project included a total of 6,000 amps across two 3,000-amp services. The modern light fixtures in this office building are beautiful.
