Jared kredit

President & ceo

Growing up in the family business, Jared Kredit spent much of his youth immersed in the electrical construction industry. After working at K2 during most college breaks, he officially joined the company in 2008 as an estimator. Throughout his career, Jared gained deep experience in accounting and operations before being named President in 2019.
 
Jared is actively involved in the Arizona Builders Alliance (ABA), where he served as Young Builders Council Chairman in 2019 and was elected to the Board in 2022, where he currently serves. He is also a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), a global leadership community focused on continuous learning and peer connection. Through YPO, Jared engages with fellow business leaders to share perspectives, challenge assumptions, and grow as a leader; bringing fresh insight and best practices back to K2.
 
Since 2010, Jared has been a member of the Camelback Society, a men’s group committed to advancing high ethical standards in both personal and professional life. He also serves on the board of Peruvian Partners, a nonprofit organization based in Flores de Villa, Peru, dedicated to supporting and empowering disadvantaged families.
 
What Jared appreciates most about K2 is the diversity of its team and the pride that comes from accomplishing complex, challenging projects together.
 
Fun Fact: Outside of work, Jared enjoys cooking and trying new restaurants with his wife. He spends many hours at the sports fields cheering on his children, snowboards, and stays active through CrossFit.

Sarah wyckoff

Chief Financial Officer

Sarah Wyckoff is a seasoned finance professional with an extensive career spanning close to two decades. Her expertise encompasses various roles, notably as the Assistant Controller for a prominent construction firm, where she played a pivotal role in managing financial operations and ensuring fiscal accountability. As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Sarah brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to the table. This year, Sarah joined CFMA as a 2024 board member, continuing her commitment and investment in the industry. 

In Sarah’s free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, watching her kids play sports, working out, being outdoors and going to concerts. Sarah and her husband reside in Tucson where they are raising their two children. If they are not cheering on their children in sports, they are cheering on the Detroit Lions as Sarah is a Michigan native.

Stephanie Aleman

Vice President, Human Resources

Stephanie Aleman serves as K2 Electric’s Vice President of Human Resources, providing executive-level leadership and support to the company’s human resources, safety, facilities, and information technology teams. With over 20 years of professional HR experience across industries such as hospitality, non-profit, and commercial real estate and development, Stephanie brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role.
 
Throughout her career, Stephanie has worked closely with leadership teams, ownership groups, and key decision-makers, driving strategic initiatives and fostering positive workplace cultures. In her current position at K2 Electric, she leads all facets of the human resources function, including recruiting and staffing, benefits, compensation, employee relations, compliance, organizational structure, training and development, and HR systems and reporting. Additionally, Stephanie provides executive oversight and support for the company’s safety/risk management and IT functions.
 
Stephanie earned her degree from the University of Pittsburgh and holds both the SHRM-CP and PHR certifications. She is committed to empowering teams, enhancing employee experiences, and driving strategic growth at K2 Electric.
