Richard Williams

Senior Project Manager

Born and raised in Arizona, Rich Williams entered into the industry after his father encouraged him to explore becoming an electrician. His father, who was an electrical design engineer, saw Rich’s talent and ability to make an impact on the industry.

He attended the University of Arizona, where he studied biology and chemistry. During his career, he also graduated from the IEC four-year electrical apprenticeship program.

Rich joined K2 in 2013 as a senior project manager. His favorite part of K2 is the culture. Rich enjoys hunting, fishing, gardening, and mentoring youth in each of these outdoor skills.

Fun Fact: There is street in Scottsdale named after Rich’s mother’s family.
