DESCRIPTION:

K2 Electric partnered with Core Construction during the very difficult time of COVID to complete this showcase project for the North West Fire District in Marana AZ. This was the ground-up construction of the latest fire station in Marana that included: fire systems, full electrical, site work, and an elevator assembly that had to be constructed at the end of the project due to materials procurement issues. Our Foreman John Johnson put his team to the test trying to navigate the procurement struggles and labor shortages using methods such as pull planning and critical path scheduling while juggling resources to get this project across the finish line.
