La Posada

This senior living project consists of multiple buildings on a new 80-acre campus site and represents the first phase of what is a planned 1 million-square-foot facility. The first phase consists of a five-story, 166 unit, 350,000-square-foot facility with a detached two-level parking structure, resort-level amenity building and significant site development. Amenities include multiple dining venues, , kitchen, pool and spa, and multi-use rooms, gym and more. Construction is still underway.
